Calling All Brisbane-based Senior Designers

We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Senior Designer to join a long-established creative agency in Brisbane.

Permanent Full-Time Role

Salary: $90-100k incl. super (heavily dependent on experience)

Location: Onsite in Brisbane (Woolloongabba)

Start Date: ASAP

Description: This role is responsible for both big thinking and building brands. It requires a creative, conceptual senior designer with proven art direction and copywriting skills.

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer for this on-site role. As part of the team, you will be involved in all phases of work, including concept exploration, design development, and rollout. You will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality design concepts and building global retail brands.

We seek someone with exceptional design skills, passion and a commitment to their craft.

Requirements:

• At least 7-8 years of experience as a Designer.
• Experience working in a fast-paced design studio, advertising agency, or for a retail client.
• Experience in conceptual design, with the ability to bring ideas to life and roll them out across all touch points.
• Strong knowledge of current print prepress, digital production processes, and advertising-related technical specifications.
• Experience in art direction and copywriting to support the realisation of design concepts and ideas.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• A self-starting senior designer who enjoys collaborating, with at least 7-8 years experience in retail or FMCG packaging branding and identity, with a strong portfolio to match.
• Ability to bring ideas to life and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines, with a willingness to execute across any touchpoint/level.
• Strong ability to interpret complex briefs, develop and write copy and sell your ideas.
• A passionate "jack of all trades" ready to embrace this incredible opportunity with open arms.
