Key Responsibilities:

• Join an industry leading team overseeing design solutions for our wide ranging blue chip client base
• Balance competing deadlines and priorities within tight timeframes.
• Liaise with project managers, sales, warehouse team and other stakeholders to ensure design processes and solutions are effective, structurally sound and practical.
• Present design-related feedback and materials to the management team as required.
• Handle a variety of design tasks, from concept development and CAD documentation to creating fabrication plans for in-house production.
• Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings, technical layouts, and renderings for Events, Exhibitions and fabrication based on client-supplied briefs and requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a CAD Design leadership role, ideally within the Events or Exhibitions industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivery high-quality design solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using rendering software (3DS Max preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator / Photoshop)
