Creative Manager - Sheet Society

 Hybrid  Full-time

About the job

About the role:

The Creative Manager is a key role within the Sheet Society business and is responsible for how the brand shows up, ensuring to bring the ethos to life in a way that is true to the brand, sets us apart in-market, and is both commercial and customer-centric.

Working closely with the Creative Director/Founder, Head of Product and Marketing Director the Creative Manager leads the creative team to execute the creative vision through creative concepts, campaigns, designs and visual elements - ensuring all elements of a project align with the creative brief, brand standards, and meet all business, channel and budget targets.

Whilst consistency in creativity is important, knowing when to stretch (and sometimes break) the rules for the right reasons will also be important to continue to evolve the brand responsibility - taking an evolution (rather than step change) approach to ensure all of our endeavors feel connected and make sense to the customer.

Sheet Society was born by disrupting the bedding category and doing things differently to our competitors. We continue to strive for innovation and new ideas, so a creative and disruptive approach will be key to the success of the Creative Manager role.
